Freaking AMAZING service! I had a dead battery, middle of the very hot day, with 3 kids. They answered on the second ring and told me they had a couple people ahead of me but would be there ASAP. Less than 30 minutes later they were there to jump my battery. Totally nice guy, reasonably priced, and accepted card payment. Plus I didnt have to wait a million hours for a tow truck! HIGHLY RECOMMEND using this service.

It was a Saturday evening and William rescued me. My keys had dropped out of my pocket as I reached for something in the car as I got out and locked the door. William is friendly, efficient and when I couldn't see the keys after he opened my car, he found them tucked in the seat cushion with very little visible. He made a spare key for me, as well. The rescue and the spare all reasonably priced.

After calling another company two days in a row and not getting the promised return call, I called Jumpstarts and Lockouts. I called around 10am and by 2pm, I was driving my car again! On time and worked on hitch bolt and finally figured out it was not packable. However he figured out the lock had the truck ignition keyed to the bolt. Worth every penny as we had been looking for the key for 2 years. Thank you

We recently moved to very rural Yelm, and while my mom was helping us move furniture she managed to lock her keys in her truck. Not just her keys, but purse, cellphone, basically her whole life. I called 2 locksmiths local to Yelm and neither answered their phone. This company answered on the 2nd ring, and while we were outside of his service area, he jumped to our rescue making it here in less than 90 minutes. I work in Olympia and will be keeping his card in my wallet because that type of customer service is greatly appreciated and will be the first company I call.

I am extremely happy with the service I got tonight after figuring out that my keys were not in my bag where they normally are when I went to grab my door handle to my vehicle. This was my first call and he was fast in response time and was very professional and got me in the car quick, probably quicker than the time it took for me to find where I set down the car keys inside of my vehicle so I could get the alarm turned off

Tried several others saying they are local, no service in your area. Called here and got a person better yet actually local. Said be out in 30 minutes was here in less than 15. Had my car unlocked so fast I was amazed. Awesome company, I highly recommend if you need their services. Hopefully I wont need them again but if I do they will be the first call next time.

Front door lock jammed and I had two furniture companies delivering the following day so I needed access through the front door. Called 5 locksmiths in the Olympia area; J & L was the only one who would come out the same day. (Two locksmiths didn't even return my voicemails!). Had the problem fixed in 20 minutes and at a very low price. Highly recommended!

We called for help after locking our keys in the vehicle. Even though it was early in the morning and the roads were awful due to the snow storm he made it to us in about a half hour! This prompt service saved the day for us because we had an important medical appointment that we needed to get to. Definitely recommend and would use again (but hopefully won't need to)! Thank you!
