K Renee's Uniform Closet

K. Renee's Uniform Closet has been a forerunner in the school uniform industry in Oklahoma for over 21 years. The firm was co-established in 1987 by Karen Renee and Darla Graves. Karen is a designer/seamstress and mother of five grown kids, all of whom spent their Tulsa school days in uniform. Her mother, Darla, is a long time business entrepreneur and Certified Public Accountant. Before the mid-1980s, there were no stores in Tulsa that sold strictly school uniforms. Karen had earned knowledge within the industry by working for a huge Houston-based school uniform retailer.
