Kamiza Natural Wushu

Kantan is a diverse system of martial art, featuring armed and unarmed striking and grappling techniques, both standing and on the ground, against single and multiple opponents. Both hard and soft style techniques are used resulting in a well rounded system of martial art. Conscious breathing and physical motion to expand the senses. Overcoming suffering through Mental, Physical, Spiritual and Sexual Awareness. Cooking for Health and Taste is a six week course where students can learn how to maximize oxygen and nutrient content in their foods along with what foods will and will not promote healing.
