Kan Zaman

Kan Zaman, which means a long time ago in Arabic. Our mission is to introduce you to traditional delicacies, as well as our style of eating. In the Middle East, people take great pleasure in their meals. We currently have a kahs (drink) and a maza (nibble) before indulging in a main course. A tea and an argeelah (hookah) typically follows. Our food is mainly of Palestinian/Lebanese origin, many of the dishes use traditional Arabic spices with Greek and Italian twists. Most of the recipes come from my mother, whom by the way is a great cook.
