Joanne Kaufman established Kaufman Travel in September 1979. Ms. Kaufman believed that Cleveland needed a travel agency where the team had 1st-hand experience with the destinations they sold. In the 29 years the agency has been in operation it has establish a reputation for sharing its travel knowledge with their clientele. The agency team has 1st-hand knowledge of 113 countries worldwide. We've been from Antarctica to Zimbabwe and 111 countries in between.
