Chad is the best trainer that I ever came across. He understands his client requirements and comes up with workout sessions based on client body flexibility. Being able to regularly meet with him remotely by video has kept me accountable and on track. If want to get fit and feel great about yourself, Chad is the go to guy. Now/then photos are the real deal!

I worked out with Chad from June of 2016 through September of 2021. He helped rebuild my body from years of running and disordered eating, helping me gain muscle, strength, and confidence. Thanks to him, I became stronger and healthier than I had been in my whole life. When I got pregnant with my daughter, he continued to train me until a few weeks before I gave birth, keeping me strong and helping to ensure I was healthy during my pregnancy.

I credit him for being a huge factor in my relatively easy labor/delivery and quick recovery after. I'm looking forward to having him whip my "mom bod" into shape once my daughter is older and I get a little time back to myself!

I've been training with Chad for over a year, 3 times a week. I'm 61 and had lost strength over the years. Chad mixes strength, flexibility and cardio so that time moves along quickly. My strength is great and I have no plans to stop as I'm not likely to maintain a consistent strength routine on my own. Plus he lets me play my playlist!

I started working with Chad 1 year ago this month. I was trying to get my body prepared for a total hip replacement the next month. I could not stand or walk properly due to the consistent pain, that had been going on for 2 years. Chad was great working within my limitations and at the same time strengthening me while increasing my endurance for the best possible preparation for a major surgery.

After surgery he knew exactly how hard to push & steadily increase my body to a full recovery. Presently I maintain 2x a week workouts with no pain or restrictions. His expert training has gotten me back in great shape.

I have been working out with Chad for over a year. I have a demanding schedule and Chad has been able to accommodate my work out times to fit. He has also been available via video visits which has been very productive. During my time working with Chad, I have lost over 20 lbs and feel great. For those looking for a professional personal trainor, look no further.

I haven't worked out after being out of college for 4 years, but a friend dragged me to workout with Chad. It was a great experience for me as I knew how to work out, but Chad was able to curtail a routine that was effective for me. I suggest to give it a try, he was accommodating, flexible and knowledgeable with his training and schedule.

I have been working out for approximate 10 months with Chad. He provides a great plan that allows me to see the results that I was hoping for with just two workouts per week. The workouts are not easy but I feel that I get far more out of the workout then any other trainer i have used.

Chad is the best! He not only works with you one on one to custom fit the workout to your abilities but also makes sure you're making the nutritional changes to give your workout the most impact. I'd recommend Chad to anyone wanting to get back into healthy habits and build your strength!

Chad is awesome! I constantly recommend him to friends, family, and co-workers. He has a great attitude and personality, is super motivating, and is a lot of fun to work out with. His sessions are always challenging, but not overwhelming. I leave feeling energized and strong, and always look forward to coming back. I've been seeing results and couldn't be happier with them!

I am the worst kind of client for a personal trainer to have. I HATE to exercise. I have been to many exercise programs and trainers through the years. Chad was great with me. He is completely non-judgemental and positive. I was impressed with how he designed his exercises to address multiple things in a single exercise, like having me stand on my toes for balance and core while doing weights for my arms.

He is slightly less expensive than other people I have been to, and he was very willing for me to add friends to my session to decrease my costs (but none of them ever did). He is just a lovely person and I highly recommend him as a personal trainer!

I've been seeing Chad for almost 7 months and love the results! Not only have I lost inches and pounds, but I've gained more muscle, more range of motion, more confidence, and I am much healthier! He is extremely flexible and works around your schedule. He also provides nutrition and at-home fitness options that work for you! He has a great sense of humor and genuinely wants his clients to be healthy in whatever that means for you!

Chad is a great coach. In only a couple months, I have seen amazing results. His workouts are tough, but leave me feeling great. Each workout leaves me feeling completely tired, but he stretches you out throughout the workout and I have not been sore once. I have become that annoying guy that talks about his trainer anytime I hear someone talking about working out. I can't say enough good stuff about Chad. If you are looking for a good trainer/coach, he is what you need.

I came to Chad after two years of running almost daily and feeling frustrated that my fitness had plateaued. I knew I needed to add resistance training to my routine, but was hesitant to do it on my own and unwilling to pay for a gym membership just to have the privilege of then also paying for a personal trainer. Chad was the perfect answer to all those problems.

He has customized my training every session to keep things interesting and challenge me. He has a great personality and it's easy to stay engaged, motivated, and accountable while working with him. I can't recommend him highly enough!

Chad has the knowledge, personality and desire to get anyone in shape. I had a problem with one of my knees and within a few months he had it rehabilitated and stronger than ever. He motivates by arming you with the knowhow and the encouragement to make it though each workout. But he's much more than just a personal trainer. He's easy to talk to and we had many uplifting conversations about fitness, family, the Lord and the day-to-day struggles in life. I highly recommend Chad to anyone who is looking to get healthy and stay fit!
