On exterior surfaces, we'll assess if there is any damage from weather and aging and then treat all the surfaces to be painted in a manner that will produce the optimum results before paint is applied: First we'll spray a bleach solution on any mildewed areas. We wash or pressure-wash all surfaces to clean. We apply specific aspects of primers to seal stains and rust, cover bare wood, fill in checked wood (this elastomeric coating fills all of the cracks in your wood and makes your old wood look like new) or seal oxidized surfaces.
