I've been in the housing industry for more than twenty years. I began with a commercial building company while attending college right out of high school Kornwasser & Associates in Southern California; from there I studied domestic real estate with Better Homes and Gardens and Lumbleau Real Estate School before going on and taking real estate in college. In 1988, I took the California Real Estate Exam. I worked in the emergency housing market in the not for profit sector and worked with investment properties in the for profit sector.
