Ken Sanders Rare Books is a complete service antiquarian bookshop in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah. We carry an ever-changing inventory of art, ephemera, maps, photography, and postcards in addition to a huge range of used and rare books along with a few new books. We purchase and appraise books. New arrivals and acquisitions are posted to the KSRB website 1st on Saturday mornings. The inventory will then be posted to the other sites we use abebooks.com, Alibris.com, Biblio.com, And amazon.com Later in the following week.

We specialize in Utah & the Mormons and Western Americana, with emphases on the Grand Canyon and the Colorado River, Yellowstone, and other national parks. The literary West is well-represented here, with deep selections of Edward Abbey, Wallace Stegner, B. Traven, and more.

read moreWe are a full-service antiquarian bookstore housed in a 4,000 square foot building in downtown Salt Lake City. There is easy metered parking in front of the store, or our own parking on the north side of the building. You can come by the store, or search our inventory online. We currently have an online inventory of over 15,000 items and add new inventory daily. Our website has an easy and secure shopping cart. We work closely with individuals and institutions to develop collections and have a vast storehouse of knowledge regarding Utah and the Mormons, the Colorado Plateau, the West, Native Americans, Western Authors, Poetry, and many other fields.
