Easy gated access storage unit. We've been using this storage facilities more than 3 years now and they are by far the best. We have 5 units and over the years have had quite a bit of experience with many storage units facilities at many locations and now won't go anywhere else ever for our storage needs. What makes them different is SERVICE. The staff is like no other- warm and friendly, always professional and somehow make the day less stressful when stopping in. Any possible issue that may arise- all it takes is a quick phone call and they're addressing it immediately. I would drive 30 minutes out of my way (and I do) just to use this storage facility because of Ernest & Debbie in the office.

I'm leaving a good review because Tatiana at the front desk was very nice and friendly, and jumped through many hoops such as taking a card over the phone and staying a couple minutes after they were officially closed, just so that I could rent a space. Would recommend, first month's rent is half off.

There is a lovely woman that works in the office at the Key Storage on Broadway! Shes so kind and helpful, when we had an issue with our door she was able to make sure it was fixed in a timely manner. I really appreciated her! It was really easy to start and end renting a unit here and theres a storage size for every need! Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely consider going with them again!

I have been a customer at this location for about 6 years, and they are great. The managers are very friendly and personable, the storage aisles are kept extremely clean, and the area is quiet and secure. I have had a wonderful experience with this Key location.
