Keyfinders was organized in 1969 as an apartment locating service for the Greater New Orleans area. In 1983, the Baton Rouge office was founded by Jeffrey Welsh, and has become a complete-service real estate firm, specializing in leasing and property management, while maintaining an aggressive approach to sales, focusing on investment as well as domestic properties. Keyfinders currently manages approximately 350 units comprised of multi-family, single-family and commercial properties.
