Piano lessons to all ages and levels, from beginners to advanced. I teach piano to students of all ages and levels, from beginning through advanced. Some of the topics we may cover in a lesson: Music theory, Sight reading, Ear training, Harmonic analysis, Improvisation, Learn how to harmonize a melody, Technique.
Professional Associations & Certifications
- Nationally (NCTM) and State (SCTM) certified as a teacher of music.
- Member of the Washington State Music Teachers Association (Bellingham Chapter). Through this organization, there are many opportunities for performance, competitions, adjudications, etc.
- Member of Music Teachers National Association (MTNA).
- Webmaster and Vice President of the Bellingham Chapter of WSMTA.
- Professional singer and pianist – have performed numerous public and private functions including Harry O’s (now Poppe’s Bistro and Lounge), Semiahmoo, Vierricks Restaurant, Bellingham Golf and Country Club, Sara Debra Ball, among others.

I appreciate students who love music, have the drive to work hard to achieve their goals and are consistent with practice. It's important for me to have students that have the same goals. The 2020-21 school year will start September 9, 2021. WHEN: In person March 5, 6 & 8, 2021 (For those who are uncomfortable with a live event, our Visiting Artist will hold Zoom adjudications on Tues., March 9). WHERE: Fountain Community Church, 2100 Broadway, in Bellingham.
