Kim's Permanent Make Up
Beauty Salon in Tallahassee, FL
Micro-pigmentation is useful as a finishing touch following surgery. After surgical procedures, women can use permanent color techniques to camouflage scars or to restore color and features following breast cancer and reconstructive surgery. Men may want permanent color to provide the look of fuller eyebrows, or to mask the effect of slight balding, or to camouflage scars. Many of our customers, due to the effects of Florida's sunny climate, complain of premature wrinkles and fine lines-or have acne scarring and other skin imperfections.

About Us
read moreKim Matthews is a twenty-five year resident of Tallahassee who began a career in the beauty business with her mother, Anita Coppedge, twenty years ago. In December of 1988, they opened their first salon, Reflections of You, and two years later, acquired the Florida School of Nail Technology. They operated as a salon during the day and taught classes in the evening. In addition to nails, they soon expanded to offer full cosmetology services, including hair, skin care and nails. Today, their school, renamed North Florida Cosmetology Institute, is a bee hive of activity where students are taught how to become professional personal care providers in the lucrative beauty business.
