Kingspointe Village Shopping Center

4th generation Tulsans, Sharon King Davis, Terry L. King and 5th generation Tulsan, Kelley Davis Chilcoat continue the nearly fifty years of their family tradition. They have created and developed one of the most pretty shopping centers in Tulsa's KingsPointe Village, an upscale lifestyle center for Northeast Oklahoma. In 1999 the King Family began construction on the 47, 000 square foot Phase One of KingsPointe Village Shopping Center. Phase Two began in 2002 with the demolition of the Holiday Hills Shopping Center adding approximately 70, 000 square feet of new retail which was completed in 2004.
