Kip Klayton Architects originally began practice in Old Town Orange in 1986 and moved to the Irvine Spectrum area of Orange County in 1992. A bit of nostalgia and the towns charisma led us back where we started, and to follow the practice of sustainability. Kip Klayton Architects acquired an exceptional and suitable building in the city of Orange. Our new studio, a 1927 vintage retail store has been converted to functional office space using recycled and green building materials.
