Kipp/Flores Architects started doing business in 1987. Both Cary Kipp, A. I. A. And Sabas Flores, A. I. A. Are graduates of the University of Texas School of Architecture. They started their careers together with a huge national builder where they were responsible for the design of 4, 000-5, 000 single family and multifamily units a year. It was there they combined their knowledge from UT with the training from a builder's perspective to start their own architecture company concentrating on domestic homebuilders.
