Kirk Livery is unprofessional and unethical!
This place is a RIPOFF and takes advantage of out of town travelers. I coordinated 2 weeks ago to have this limo service pick up my daughter and her family down town and drive them to their hotel. We have never used a limo service but I told them how many were in the party with luggage and I was quoted $70.80 for a pickup. The day before the pickup I finalized the deal and paid the fee. Less than an hour before the scheduled pickup the limo service called us and told us that they needed another $30 or we would need to find another company. Can you imagine being a young couple with 3 toddlers stranded in downtown unfamiliar Pittsburgh at 6:30pm with no where to go and no one to call. We were held hostage and RIPPED off by this company. I truly believe that they are totally unprofessional and unethical in their business practices. Please go to another business! On time
