A certified woman-owned business enterprise (WBE), Knowledge Services was started by Julie Bielawski as a computer training facility that partnered with big names like Oracle and Microsoft to provide on-the-job instruction. When the growing need for temporary IT staffing became apparent, Knowledge Services began exploring vendor management, prompting the development of the solutions they use today to serve both the public and private sectors.

read moreKnowledge Services was awarded a five-year Information Technology (IT) Schedule 70 contract by the U.S. General Services Administration to provide its extensive experience in workforce management and cloud-based technology to federal, state, and local government agencies via Special Item Number (SIN) 132-40 Cloud Computing Services. The NASPO ValuePoint Cloud Solutions cooperative contract was designed to increase efficiency and accountability while improving workforce management processes. Together with the lead state, Utah, NASPO ValuePoint extended a solicitation to top government contractors for a variety of cloud services.
