Knox Insurance is a family-owned & operated agency situated in the middle of Old Towne Orange. Since Rick and his father (R. E. Established the firm in 1980, the firm has expanded to 16 full and part-time employees, several with 20+ years of service, including Ricks sisters, Kathy and Sue, who have worked alongside Rick for over twenty five years. Our father was in the insurance business for more then three decades, and he always used to say, your insurance is only as nice as your agent, recalls President Rick Knox. That is why we take our responsibility of properly covering each and every one of our customers.
