Koolco Mechanical was began by Nick Ioannidis and wife Helen on February 1987. Our business philosophy was simple. Supply the highest possible care to the client, and stand behind all our work. During the time we began our business, the housing construction market was booming. Instead of jumping on the construction band wagon like every new air conditioning firm was doing at that time, we decided to focus our efforts on client service. Our firm began by servicing domestic customers, and slowly, by word of mouth, grew to include a huge number of commercial customers.
