Mr. Kratz worked for a prominent engineering company for 12 years where he earned experience with civil, structural, and architectural engineering as well as surveying and structural steel detailing. He left the engineering company to work for an architectural company where he was a project director in charge of contract document development which includes coordinating all design disciplines and code reviews.
