My husband put this photo of me in my jewelry box. This was a shrewd maneuver on his part, because it is obvious how cheerful I am to be marrying him. And while i am still very cheerful, that crazy glow is unique to the wedding day. Which is why the pictures mean so much. I love seeing my faraway family and friends all in the same place, wearing their finest clothes and exuberant expressions. As my relatives age, those pictures become more meaningful. And I love seeing one of the happiest days of my life over and over again. I have a simple goal.
