Vasily and his crew did a siding replacement for our house in West Woodland / Ballard area, replacing some cedar siding with Hardie Board. They were very efficient, hit their deadlines, were quick to identify where additional work was needed (underlying damage), and always came with clear solutions of what to do.

The team (Vasily plus two workers) was clearly well integrated, all on the same page, and all extremely professional and responsive when needed.

We needed someone to come check out some fiber cement panel siding that had a lot of water damage. Visaly met me the very next day and gave me a thorough evaluation of the siding and estimated cost of what it would take to repaint and seal. After looking at multiple other bids for paint, turns out they were competitive and I appreciated the up front pricing! We havent done the work yet but he was extremely knowleda le you could tell he has a lot of experience and he does quality work with quality materials for a good price. Highly recommend working with these guys, we will be calling them this summer when weather is dry to do the work! Thank you again!

Fantastic communication plus timely and very effective work in replacing the southern facing wall of our house with James Hardie Siding. Gave sound advice about maintaining the remaining cedar plank walls. Glad we found such a great siding company for now and future projects!

I would highly recommend KV construction for your house siding project. I decided to remove the siding on my house and add new Hardi board to increase the sale value. I hired KV after interviewing two other companies. I knew it was going to be an interesting process since the asphalt shingles were from the 1950s and the original siding underneath that was from 1908. The first discovery was no sheathing under the original cedar siding. There were many change orders along the way due to poor condition of siding and supports, but it was worth it. I ended up getting new siding on the garage too and I'm glad I did it because it looks fantastic. The house sale went smoothly mainly because the exterior of the house looks so beautiful. Vasily is attentive and educates with a kind and humble manner, which is respectful to a single woman. He was quick to hear me out on issues and had them quickly fixed. Both he and his partner/wife are professionals as well offering kind and attentive communications. Vasily goes out of his way to please you and would go to work on a Sunday if necessary. I never felt rushed or taken for granted. Pricing was way under one bid and I would consider them in the middle. Before and after pics attached.

We were very pleased with KV construction, and the siding work they did for us. First, they able to meet our price for our smaller project without the minimums all the other bidders had. Next, KV sat with us to ensure he was meeting all of our design expectations and we hashed out all the details. Lastly, KV did a very nice job communicating when the materials would be dropped off and when the work was to begin. They were very efficient and completed on time. The new siding looks fantastic and nicer than we had originally planned with some additional details KV incorporated.
