LKN Hyundai has an excellent service department, I deal directly with Jason Tarlow, if something isn't right, he makes sure I am satisfied. When I purchased the car last year, I had a small issue, the manager called me and personally sorted everything out. A very customer friendly dealership!

This is by far the best service department I’ve ever been to. I bought a Palisade last June and had a great experience. I’ve been bringing the Palisade in for service and enjoyed the experience so much I decided to bring my Suburban in there for service as well. I definitely recommend this dealership for sales and service to everyone I know in the area.

I cannot say enough about this dealership! From the moment I walked into the door until I left, outstanding service! In a time when the inventory is low, Orlando helped me make the best decision for my next SUV. I had a terrible experience with another dealership and wasn't even sure I wanted to deal with Hyundai at all. Orlando listened, allowed me to work it out as to what was the best move for me and gave me end to end outstanding service. I live in Waxhaw and it was so worth the hour plus ride to get there. When the manager Jeremy Buettner came out, he not only helped me with options with my trade (totally went above and beyond), but was kind and extremely helpful. He is a really awesome guy! The last person I met to complete the financial paperwork was Donnie. He walked me thru the price and what everything meant as well as helped me select a payment plan that worked for me. This dealership is beyond amazing! I will not go anywhere else to purchase my next vehicle. Thank each of you for your diligence, hard work and making my purchase so much fun!
