Land Cap Property Services was established in 1980 with the idea that the Kendall area would grow and require the services of management and maintenance firms specializing in Association-run communities. Since that time, Land Cap has sought to build its reputation in a regional environment with nice old-fashion hard work, integrity and care to detail.
