Can't recommend Landmark enough. First the sale: Donnie was knowledgeable, patient and really helped me navigate my insurance claim process. The install: the job was scheduled quickly and Austin, the project manager, and his team were great - efficient, professional and did an amazing job with the cleanup. The roof looks great and the install could not have gone more smoothly.

They were back within 2 days to address add some trim on the interior to finish off where I had skylights replaced. I didn't even expect that, but it was finished off and looks better than it did before. The product was excellent and Landmark put customer service first every step of the way. Highly recommend!

I asked four contractors for quotes. Landmark wasn't the cheapest but they have a good rep and they were recommended by someone I trust. I liked paying no deposit but only when the work was completed. I had great confidence in every person with whom I had contact, from sales to crew chief and others. I also like that, if needed, I can contact them if some question or issue arises in the future. They'll be in business for years and I can go back to them. The job was well done, just as they promised.

Had to get my roof & gutters replaced and Landmark was the best! Donnie came out quickly to give me an very competitive estimate that I ended up choosing out of three other companies. The roof & gutters both look amazing and I was impressed with the quality of work. Would definitely recommend Donnie and Landmark for your roofing needs.

Landmark roofing did a great job replacing the roof on my home. My first experience with Artie and his team was perfect so I contracted with them to replace another roof. The evaluation and quote was easy to understand, and their use of quality materials was important to me. Both experiences were better than expected, they were on time, communication with James, Marcus and Artie was exceptional and they even came back out on a Saturday to take care of a special request. I would highly recommend their services.

After damage from a windstorm in January I had my roof inspected and noted repairs needed to be made. Landmark was more than patient with me and my insurance ensuring to be there when their inspector was available. Unfortunately my insurer is just like most and denied most of the damage claiming my deductible would be higher than the repair cost. Landmark remained fantastic, gave me a more than fair quote to replace the 22yr old roof.

They got it all done in one day and cleanup was thorough, certainly better than they found it. If you have gutter guards get those removed professionally before roof replacement and then replaced once finished. I had a great experience and plan to recommend them every chance I get!

Landmark completed a face lift to our house including new Hardi siding, roof, front bay window, rear porch door and front double doors. Very professional and friendly to work with. Extremely happy with the result and recommend them for all exterior work.

We were extremely pleased with the work done by Landmark Roofing, especially the outstanding representation and performance from Monte Hausmann, an excellent salesman of Landmark's Insurance Division. We had several estimates from several companies involving multiple salesman, but Mr. Hausmann separated himself from all of the competitors with his incredible tradecraft, technical and intelligence acumen.

Most importantly, he demonstrated elite customer service and interpersonal skills which set him apart from all his peers and colleagues in the industry and at Landmark. Mr. Hausmann was the reason we chose Landmark Roofing, and he exceeded all of our expectations. His timely responsiveness to all our questions and concerns ensured the entire process was a tremendous success. Landmark was excellent. Their timely attention to our roof leak from a weekend call, thru navigating the insurance claim process was amazing. Construction was great and the roof looks amazing. We also had to paint the interior from the roof leak and they were able to handle that as well. Great job on all aspects of the roof replacement work!

Had serious storm damage to my roof, and Tyler from Landmark was incredibly helpful working with me and my insurance company to have the roof replaced. This year a wind storm caused a leak in the roof of my house. A Landmark representative went to the house, evaluated the problem and suggested a procedure to correct the problem and estimate of the cost. We came to agreement and they did the work. It was done when he said and it corrected the problem. When a company solves a problem like a leaky roof and it's professionally done on time as agreed it deserves 5 stars.

Donnie and Landmark were incredible! Everything was exceptionally profession with great communication throughout the process. They completed the roofing job in 1 day and ahead of the scheduled period. Just great folks who do exceptionally great work!

We received five estimates for roof replacement on our townhome and settled on Landmark Roofing for a handful of reasons: had a double page spread in the Severna Park Voice Home & Garden circular which was informative and impressive; voted best in Severna Park; and very nice & honest staff - those who came out and those in the office who we were communicating with.

Our roof replacement kept getting pushed out due to rain but they kept us informed every single day. On the day of install, the team arrived early and I had a new roof by the afternoon. The construction manager who came out and finalized everything on the day of install was fantastic as well! No mess left behind and they scanned the yard for loose nails.

All in all, five out of five stars! It was important for me to support a local community business and we are extremely satisfied with the job Landmark Roofing did. Highly recommend!

Well, that was easy! It all started with a great conversation with Artie Hendricks. He set the stage with great communication and navigated us through the nuances and challenges with our situation. And then he assigned us the greatest Project Manager, Jimmy Moore, who led a truly efficient process- installation went smoothly and clean up was most impressive.

This company is AMAZING! Lukas spent SO MUCH time working with me and my insurance company. He helped so much and made the whole process easy and actually enjoyable! They finished the job a few days ago, the roof is amazing and they cleaned up so well. They were careful with our plants and all around the house. It's beautiful! Before and after. Landmark was an outstanding choice for us. Our roofs age was unknown; but we were concerned it was original and that meant 40 years old. It was! They were fully prepared to replace any plywood needed and still finish in one day. There crew was very knowledgeable, professional and worked well as only an experienced team can do. The crew that replaced our roof were hard workers and very professional with the installation. The pitch of the roof and dormers presented on problem. They worked for 12 hours straight on day one and did a great job cleaning the area when complete.

I had a great experience with Artie and his team on my roof and gutter replacement. 21 squares and they were done by lunch, and the work was done well. Cleanup was outstanding. 5 months later and I've yet to find even a single roofing nail on the ground around the house.

We went through our insurance company to have the roof repaired and replaced. Before settling on Landmark, we did get estimates from three other local roofing companies. Once we presented our insurance estimate packet to Landmark they worked with our insurance company and provided them the necessary information. In terms of getting the work done. They showed up early on a nice clear day, about 7 in the morning, and were finished by around 5:00 that evening.

We are pleased with the finished product. The whole process from selecting Landmark to the insurance to the choice of shingles to the actual work was seamless and done effectively and efficiently. Whenever you have workmen, I have found that clean-up is an issue. In the case of the Landmark and the work they did for us, they didn't leave a mess but for the random tiny piece of shingle or other roofing product we came across in the yard over the next several days. Regardless, we were happy with the entire experience. And for that I gave five stars.

Landmark did a wonderful job following through on the insurance process after our storm damage. We were able to show that damage was extensive even after initial insurance denial and now we have a new roof! Installation was painless and completed in less than a day. Very happy with the entire process and would highly recommend the team at Landmark.

I have always seen great reviews about Landmark and they still blew my expectations out of the water. We were able to go through our homeowners insurance and it was a breeze. Lukas was awesome- great communication from start to finish! Rob, one of the owners, came by the house and also called with an update. They are all super team oriented and work like a well-oiled machine. And a bonus, they literally left our house cleaner than they found it. Absolutely recommend!

Landmark is a fantastic, honest company. I did my research on all the roofers in the area and received multiple bids. From their initial survey to final execution the process was seamless. They gave me a fair price from the start. Others tried to negotiate dropping nearly 50 % over the course of an hour. This is a fantastic local company. They do what they say and they do it well. Sales Representative 5 stars (Patrick) GM 3 stars (Shannon) had to reach out to him after almost 2 weeks from signing contract, he stated he sent me an email to schedule my roof installation which must have gone to my spam instead of calling me (unprofessional in my opinion). I told him since he had not heard from me after an entire week had passed he should have called me, with that being said my roof installed on 06/09/2023.

The crew got there on time did a great job with the roof installation, the problem came in with my gutters not being removed as stated in my contract and now I have damage in areas of my gutters. My gutters were in perfect condition before the installation of my new roof, I now have birds in my gutters building a community, of their own, which will cause my gutters to back up!

I reached out to Landmark on 06/12/2023, spoke to Tonya (very helpful) explained my concerns and disappointment, received a call back from Austin. I saw on my camera the foremen from the installation did come out in a timely fashion that same day. I'm not sure what solution he came up with because no one has contacted from Landmark since Austin. I reached out to Landmark again on 06/14/2023 trying to get an update on when someone will at least contact me to resolve my issues! Rob I would like to get the same courtesy and quick response from you as I did when you called me to thank me for using Landmark, this is 100% unacceptable in being treated as if I don't matter now that you have been paid. I will be writing another review on the BBB website.

I'm very pleased with Landmark's siding and window replacement. They met all their deadlines, communicated well and alerted me to problems during the installation. They walked through solutions with me, took time to resolve problems correctly and made sure they were resolved to my expectations. Their workmanship was very good and their price was equivalent to other quotes we received.

The crew at Landmark were phenomenal! Between the non-pushy salesman, to the prompt and professional office staff, all the way to the friendly and professional installers. They really made us feel like family and were with us every step of the way! I will recommend them to anyone I know that needs a roof or any other products they offer.
