A whole new adventure in dining is now available to residents and visitors to Southern California. In the summer of 2003, restaurant veteran Thomas Simms, founder of Mimi's Caf, and his entrepreneurial son, Chris, joined forces to open the Lazy Dog Caf. With the aid of chef-partner, Gabriel Caliendo, who left his position as Executive Sous Chef at the Ritz Carlton to join the Simms, the more-than-capable staff behind the Lazy Dog Caf has successfully catapulted the restaurant far beyond expectations.

As a kid, I treasured my time spent enjoying the Rocky Mountains and now, more than ever, I cherish the time I get to spend there with my family.
