Learning Tools

Over the past 20-four years Learning Tools International has been the national leader in Specialized Student Information Management Systems. Established in 1979 in Cambridge, Massachusetts by educators, computer scientists and linguists from Boston University, Harvard, and MIT, Learning Tools has become the most widely accepted supplier of specialized administrative software in the US. Learning Tools started with the development and implementation of the Individual Planning System (IPS) used by 1000's of educators throughout the US.
