Leary Home Inspections

The son of a homebuilder, and a 4th generation builder himself, Hal has over three decades of hands on building experience. He has worked as a professional framing carpenter, installed foundations, done trim carpentry and is well versed in catastrophic restoration, such as fire and storm damage. This experience, coupled with his additional training makes Hal uniquely qualified to inspect a home with a unique standard of understanding. In 2001, he expanded his services to include home inspections, and since then he has performed 1000's of inspections for grateful home buyers.
