Lectronics was incorporated in 1962, doing business as a two-way radio communications firm. Through the ensuing years of technological advances, the services offered by the firm evolved. Today, Lectronics retains its original two-way radio shop function with locations in Clinton, Iowa and Rock Falls, Illinois, but the business supplies background music through DMX, domestic and commercial security and fire alarm systems, and pagers and paging services.
