Mr. LEDFORD has served as a CLE Panelist, expert witness, and on State Bar of California, civic, and non-profit boards and committees throughout his professional career. He was named Inspired Solo by a national law group in 2008. He maintains a regular program of pro bono representation for victims of RIAA abuse, deceptive business practices, unfair competition, and regulatory oppression by federal, state and local agencies. Mr. LEDFORD is admitted to practice before the US Tax Court and all California State and Federal Courts. He appears pro had vice in other jurisdictions throughout.
