All Lee Street Properties are owned and run by Michael or Victoria Lee. We don't manage buildings for other owners or for condominium associations. This website will present 20 of our domestic rental apartment buildings and houses, most of which are situated in the far NE corner of the City of Chicago. We're a family owned organization with a well-trained administrative office support team and over a dozen field maintenance tradesmen. We guarantee prompt, individual and courteous service to satisfy any of your housing requirements. Our emergency repair service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
