Leedon Inspection. Began in 1995 with Joe Don George (President/CEO) serving as the Construction Superintendent for the Aguatia Project in Peru, South America. Under the direction of Joe Don, the Aguatia Project concluded in 1997, 50 million dollars under the projected budget.
