read moreWe have students ranging from the age of 3 up to 70 years old. Our programs are designed for anyone with the will and heart to learn and challenge themselves to an exciting and fun activity. The B.B.C. is a program for students who's ultimate goal is to obtain a Black Belt. With consistant trainig, it could take you 3-4 years to recieve your Black Belt. If you or child is ready for this commitment, please speak to the head instructor at your dojang. Here at the W.T.A. we have total confidence in our programs and staff that we don't have to use contracts.

Vinyasa yoga classes focus on releasing tension and stress, toning muscles, improving flexibility and balance, and breathing. Vinyasa, literally means "to place in a special way". Laurie teaches a slow-flow vinyasa class, moving slower and softer than a typical western vinyasa class. Slow flow allows each student to flow thru a series of poses while at the same time, holding each pose longer to focus on alignment and breathing in the pose.
