They can stand to communicate a little bit more actively once the rate is locked and goes into underwriting. First time homebuyers here and boy were we in for a shock however, we were told about LendFriend and after speaking with them it was clear, they were it. We like real and personable when dealing with anything strenuous or stressful (which, home buying really is). But, these guys, the whole freaking team, came together and explained things clearly, provided us with lists of what was needed and expected, communicated not just with us and our realtor, but with EACH OTHER too (what a concept). That was probably the most impressive thing. The right hand knew what the left hand was doing or needing and they truly helped us through it all. As things got busy and stressful just before closing, they were right there, guiding us through and making us laugh, reminding us of the end goal and honestly, we couldnt be happier! They even helped us spend as little as possible in the process (it can be surprisingly expensive on the front end) and their research and experience was priceless!
