Quick, professional, excellent service and a great, chemical free cleaning. My wife cannot tolerate the old chemical carpet cleaning, not to mention that it saturates the pad and carpet. The scheduler was very kind and helpful on the phone. She gave many details about how they clean and was very accommodating of my schedule. The men that came to clean our couch were extremely kind, helpful and honest. They let me know when they did not think the fabric would come very clean due to the type of fabric and it possibly being defective.

They tried many different techniques/cleaners. They did not charge me for coming out and trying to get it clean since they would have not been happy with the finished product. I appreciated their honesty and will definitely be using them in the future. Highly recommend.

This father & son did a thorough job on our entire upstairs carpet & even did a few extra areas that we did not discuss. They removed pet stains & lots of dust from our carpets. After recently having the popcorn ceilings removed in my home, there was a lot of white, dusty residue left on the hardwood floors. I mopped and cleaned them vigorously but still not as clean to my satisfaction. I called Lexington ChemDry and spoke with Jessica. She scheduled her floor cleaning technicians right away. They arrived as scheduled. Very informative and detailed. The guys did a great job. Very professional and friendly.

Called Lexington Chem-Dry based on reviews. That was a good decision. Very professional and timely. Upholstery and rugs looked great.

Employees were very helpful and kind, in person and on the phone. Prices were the best from what I could find in my area (Columbia). Appointment time was between 12-2PM and they showed up at 12 which was great. The cleaning part only took 30 mins. Drying took around 3 hours. Had stains that I had hoped to get rid of but was told it wouldnt come off which was a bummer because its the reason why we tried out a carpet cleaning service in the first place. Update: Jessica (Really Nice lady) called back for a follow up and explained the whole stain removal process. Which was very informative! I thought I mentioned the stains but I guess it slipped by me. So, dont forget to mention any stains and dont get brown carpet!

We hired Lexington Chem Dry to clean the only 3 carpeted rooms in our houseboth of my kids rooms & their play room. They were in & out in 30 minutes & left the carpet looking almost brand new! We will use them again in the future when carpet cleaning is needed! Services General carpet cleaning

The whole team was fantastic from the phone personnel who booked, confirmed & followed up to the on-site technician who completed the service. I was impressed with the stain removal, quick drying time & fact that it hasnt seemed to attract more debris like has happened in the past when I used traditional carpet cleaning services. The only stain that wasnt removed was from what Im pretty sure was hair dye left by previous homeowners.
