Life HCS

Home and Community-Based Services (HCS) The HCS Program supplies services to individuals with mental retardation or other disabilities. These individuals can live with their family, in their own home, in a foster care setting, or in a group home residence. The HCS Program supplies services based on each person's personal requirements. The HCS Program supplies an opportunity for it's participants to excel and to become active participants in this thing called LIFE.
