At age 35, with a wife and 3 young kids (and no money to afford a dog) he left a 15 year career as a high school teacher & coach for an opportunity as an agent with the Paul Revere Life Insurance Co. Often reminded of the grim reality that only 1 out of 10 new agents make it past their first year, Steve was determined to beat the odds to better supply for his family.
