Since we currently have encroached on the animal populations, they in turn have adapted their need for habitat. The problems start when animals enter human structures to have their young. The old setting a trap in the attic or on the roof has led to many unpleasant surprises when a mother has suddenly been removed and her young are either too tiny to feed themselves or they go on a rampage to find their mom.
