Shotokan Karate (a linear fighting style) is the heart of our martial arts curriculum. Karate focuses on punches, strikes and kicks for self defense situations. Our ranking system integrates techniques from Jujitsu, Aikido, and other disciplines to form an all around well-balanced self-defense program. Ong's Shotokan proudly supports the Susan G Komen For The Cure! Join our Black Belts in the Fight Team and walk with us to aid raise money for breast cancer research on August eighth.

He has never had this much fun with any sport until I put him in karate. He runs around the house now saying he is a karate master (mind you he's 4). I'm very impressed with how patient everyone is with the little kids and understands that they just need to learn it like the big kids!
