Louisiana Property Acquisition Company (LaPAC) is a multi-disciplined professional service firm created to supply on-time and on-budget right-of-way and other property acquisition services across the State of Louisiana. Our turn-key project service approach was initially developed to understand the requirements of the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development in acquiring right-of-way for road and bridge projects. We currently have enhanced this model to understand the property acquisition requirements of parish and municipal governments including St. Tammany Parish and the City of Baton Rouge.
