Regular Glass, plastic, anti-glare. Spray both sides of lenses and polish dry with a soft cloth. About once a week rinse lenses in warm water. Bathroom mirrors, glass-top tables, TV's, microwaves, auto and boat windshields or any other huge surface: Prepare surface by pre-cleaning the 1st time with warm water and soft cloth (do not use soap and water) Then apply a tiny amount of ULTRA and buff dry. No smudges and anti-fog!
