read moreOur physicians are board certified in Internal Medicine and Family Practice. We practice primary care medicine and provide for your primary care needs, including preventive health care, from age 16 and up. We mourn our friend and colleague, Dr. Fernando Aguirre, who left this life on May 11th, 2020 after a heroic battle with cancer. He enlivened our days, enriched our lives (sometimes with arcane cultural knowledge!), and inspired our staff. He provided personalized, excellent medical care over decades to thousands of patients, many of whom continue to ask after him with feeling.

Calculate Your Body Mass Index
read moreBMI is not the only indicator of health risk; it is just one of many factors related to developing a chronic disease (such as heart disease, cancer, or diabetes). All persons who are obese or overweight should try not to gain additional weight. In addition, those who are obese or who are overweight with other risk factors should consider losing weight. A complete health assessment by your MacGregor physician is the best way to decide the right steps for you. Whatever your BMI, talk to your doctor to see if you are at an increased risk for disease and if you should lose weight.
