Today the club is committed to developing its players by delivering the most sophisticated soccer environment available in the Madison area. Staff and player development is managed by Coaching Director John Reddan, a player for the Men's 1992 National Championship staff and a USSF A licensed coach. 56ers players are privileged to additional high level training sessions offered by guest trainers, including NCAA Division I College Coaches.

Every member of the fully licensed coaching staff is totally committed to the long-term process of player development.
