Madison County Coalition

The Huntsville Association for Pastoral Care (HAPC) was established in 1977 through a joint effort of clergy, medical specialists and local congregations. It is an organization composed of representatives from many Christian denominations and healing and helping specialists. Its mission it to initiate and support Chaplaincy programs; to provide education and encouragement for Chaplains, pastors and lay ministers; and to stimulate growth in community pastoral care and counseling.
