Malulani Investments

Malulani Investments (Malulani) is a Honolulu based contemporary real estate development and investment firm which traces its origins to Abraham Malulani Afong, the sixteenth child of Chun Afong the Minister of Finance for King Kalakaua. For 73 years after its founding in 1924 Malulani focused its acquisition and development activities in the Hawaiian Islands and Northern California. During this seven decade period Malulani became the single biggest Waikiki landholder ultimately developing five high rise domestic condominium projects on its Waikiki holdings.
