Manchester Community Resource

The Manchester Community Resource Center opened its doors in October, 1998. Built to cover the center city of Manchester, a federally-designated Enterprise Community, the Manchester Community Resource Center soon earned a reputation for meeting the requirements of the community through innovative program development and specialized services.
