The founders and creative talents of the Grand Manila hails from the ever cosmopolitan city of Seven Lakes, San Pablo, Laguna. Headed by our President, Manny De Mesa, this ensemble includes Executive Directors: Rachelle De Mesa, Marites Reyes Sy and Johan Sy, as well as our Master Head Cook: Nelson Adam Jusi and Native Delicacy Specialist: Alice Jusi.
