Very unprofessional company

Delivered an arrangement that what not at all like the website photo--half dead without some of the flowers featured. I have been battling with them for 2 month for a refund.

If I could give negative points to this business I would

A family member ordered birthday flowers and a gift package (balloon, chocolates and soft toy) for me from abroad for my birthday. I received the flowers--nothing else. My family member asked if I had received the other items and contacted the company when I told them I had not. This was on a Saturday. On the following day at 6pm I received a voice message saying my other items would be delivered the following day. The next day the chocolates and balloon arrived. No soft toy. I called Maria’s. She was quite rude and complained that I had not been home the previous day when she called. I had missed the call because I didn’t get to the phone fast enough (I was cooking dinner) and the message said they were coming the following day (Monday) and she did not ask me to call back. I did not expect that anyone was about to come out that late on a Sunday evening! They had been told about the missing items on Saturday afternoon so they had plenty of time to contact me sooner! She made it sound as though it was my fault my items were so late. I explained that my birthday was 2 days ago, on Saturday, and that despite a second delivery, there was still an item missing. She said quite grumpily and rudely “well you need to understand we are human.” Like how dare I expect the order to be complete and on time, or the 2-day late items to all be there! She said “We will come back now if you are home”. I told her I was home and I waited and waited. 4.5 hours later the missing item was finally delivered—a teddy bear, soaking wet, because two of those little single flower holders full of water were inside the cellophane with the bear (with no flowers in them so they had leaked all over). Perhaps intentional to punish me for calling about the missing items from the order? Maybe there were supposed to be flowers in there too? I have absolutely no idea why they would do that but it seems petty and unprofessional to deliver it in that state. This was absolutely the worst service...

Great experience

Such a great experience, Maria is easy going , and very nice, we had a very purposeful conversation while I was there and planning on making Maria my #1 flower go to Gal, thanks Maria!
