At Marinobles the Kickboxing program is based on "real" kickboxing. Unlike cardio-kickboxing, our staff teaches techniques proven in the ring, not on the screen. A high-energy form of conditioning, Kickboxing will not only improve your cardiovascular endurance but tone and sculpt your body while teaching you effective fighting techniques. Kickboxing is sometimes practiced as an independent style however in many cases kickboxing is just one of many arts taught to help make the student's skills more well rounded.
